So,
here's the start. First the floor needed to be removed. It's hard to
see, but the seat bracket was almost completely rotted out of the
floor. Wood! No place for it on a modern boat!
The carpet was coming up too. I started by removing all the
trim.

A previous owner added a
wood beam (on the "weak" side) to bolter the floor. Necessity is the
mother of <poor> invention.

There was a mess of polyurethane foam sprayed in. Not really a quality
job. The saga continues...
